SHIPPING & RETURNS
We provide free shipping to all countries available.
You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days.

*Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are experiencing high amount of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfilment time.
*Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may occur.
If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and our customer service team will contact you via email or by phone.
LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at service.titanhertz@gmail.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Join the list! You can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates about promotional offers and deals. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. We are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are only valid during event itself, unless otherwise specified.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from TitanHertz. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit or refund for any returned merchandise.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service.titanhertz@gmail.com or send us message with your return request and order id. Please note that returns must be notified via email first and we will in touch with you as soon as possible.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
